Founded in 2006, Matesa Denim started to provide service to leading brands and ready made garment companies in short time.

The capacity of the denim factory is 1.800.000 m per month with 2 rope dyeing machines. 64 weaving machines with projectiles and 112 weaving machines with rapiers meet the demand of the capacity.


133 knitting machines have the capacity of knitting 45 ton/day. These machines are capable to produce various fabrics as jersey, interlock, ribs, pique, 2 thread and 3 thread. Bleachery, dying, raising, carbon brush, mercerization and printing processes can be applied on fabric in knitted fabric dying factory and the capacity is 35 ton/day.


Founded in 2004, Matesa Textiles woven fabric mill has 182 weaving machines and the capacity is 1.500.000 m per month. Fabric types like gabardin, canvas, poplin, dobby weave, corduray and yarn dyed are produced as well as poly-viscose suiting fabric.

Woven fabric dying factory has the capacity of 1.500.000 m per month and reactive, sulphur, indantren and disperse dyes are used.
Daily capacity of the corduray cutting machines is 10.000 m.
